Who we are
This website is run by Waypoint Strategy Group LLC, trading as WSG Digital, based in Largo, Florida. For anything in this notice, email ron@wsgdigital.com.
This notice covers this website only. If you license an AI team from us or we build one for you, the data your agents handle is covered by your service agreement, not by this notice.
When you simply browse
The site has no sign-in, no analytics and no advertising. It sets no cookies.
Two things happen in the background, as on most websites:
- Hosting logs. The company that hosts this site keeps standard technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to identify you.
- Fonts. Your browser loads the site’s typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when it delivers them.
When you take the Bottleneck Audit
Your answers stay in your own browser while you take the audit. Progress is kept in your browser’s session storage, for that tab only, and is cleared when you close it. Nothing is sent to us unless you choose to send it.
If you press Send to Ron and tick the consent box, we receive:

Submissions are collected through a Google Form and stored in WSG’s Google Workspace account, which also holds our email. Google processes this information for us as our service provider.
When you email us or book a call
We keep what you send so we can reply and prepare for any call you book. We use it for nothing else.
How we use it
- Ron reads every submission himself and replies personally.
- Ron’s own AI chief of staff may help sort his inbox and draft a reply. It drafts; Ron reviews and sends.
- We do not add you to a mailing list or an automated email sequence.
- We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.
- We do not use your answers to train AI models.
How long we keep it
Audit submissions and related emails are deleted 12 months after we receive them. If you become a client, your service agreement governs what we keep from then on.
Your choices
Email ron@wsgdigital.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We reply within 30 days. You will not be treated differently for asking.
Security
Access to submissions is limited to WSG. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects information you have already sent us, we will tell you by email.
