The AI we use

Each client agreement lists the providers used for that client’s agents.
A person stays in charge
- Every agent drafts and reports. None of them sends, pays, posts or files anything on its own.
- Nothing goes out until the business owner approves it.
- Connections to your mail and records are read-only.
- Our agents do not make decisions about people, such as hiring, pay or credit. They prepare material for a person to decide.
Check AI output before you rely on it
AI can be wrong, and it can sound sure when it is. Our agents show their sources and say when they cannot see something, but you should check facts, figures and anything legal, financial or medical before you act on it. You remain responsible for what you approve and send.
AI on this website
- The voice is AI. The Chief of Staff voice in the welcome and the demos is synthetic. In the morning demo, the owner’s voice is Ron’s own recording.
- The demo business is invented. Bluebarrow Heating & Air and everyone in it are made up.
- The audit uses no AI. Your score is worked out by a fixed formula, in your own browser.
- Pages are written with AI help. This site and our field notes are drafted with help from AI, including our own agents. Ron reviews and approves everything before it is published.
Your data and AI training
We do not use client data or audit answers to train AI models. Each client’s agent keeps its own data, separate from every other client.
